Cheap iPhones just got a whole lot easier to find. Thanks to the continuous model releases, devout Apple fanboys are constantly upgrading their iPhones and listing their old phones for sale online. Some crafty iPhone owners have even jailbroken and/or unlocked their old phones and wiped them clean before listing them for sale at bargain prices.
What is the difference between a jailbroken iPhone vs unlocked iPhone?
Basically a jailbroken phone will allow you to run a much larger variety of apps that are not included int he Apple store. One of those apps also allows you to "unlock" your iPhone so that you can use it throughout the world with any mobile wireless carriers that use a GSM SIM card setup. Some examples are AT&T, T-Mobile, Orange, Vodafone, Tesco, and countless more worldwide... bascially, if it takes a SIM card, you'll be able to use it!
